Direct Copiers and Fax will gladly replace or refund the cost of any defective product purchased from this location within 30 days of purchase.  Please call 901-614-2431 to speak with one of our staff members or email direct@memphiscopy.com.  Please allow up to four weeks for processing, as we will need to contact the manufacturer of the defective product.
